产教融合是职业教育取得成功的必由之路,也是实现创新驱动、高质量发展、服务新质生产力形成的重要途径。深化职业教育产教融合,需要遵循产教融合的本质规律。产教融合的实质是不同类型的知识相互融合、技术技能的跨界积累与创新,这是其发展的主线与核心。产教融合符合技术技能形成所需的五个重要特征,即“整合性”“情境性”“实践性”“动态性”“弱迁移性”。未来,应把握好产教融合中的教育相对性,实现产教融合的分类施策,以此持续推进职业教育治理现代化。
Abstract:Industry-education integration is a fundamental component for the success of vocational education and plays a pivotal role in achieving innovation-driven, high-quality development and the cultivation of new quality productive forces. Deepening this integration necessitates adherence to essential principles of industry-education integration. The essence of industry-education integration is the convergence of diverse knowledge and the cross-border accumulation and innovation of technical skills, which is also the main line and core of its development. It is aligned with the five crucial characteristics essential for the development of technical skills: "integrity," "situational," "practical," "dynamic," and " weak migration." To persistently advance the modernization of vocational education governance, it is imperative to grasp the relativity of education in industry-education integration and implement a stratified policy.
