作为产教融合的重要实践形态，国企办学对促进教育链与产业链的有机衔接具有重要战略意义。以嵌入性理论为视角，采用跨案例研究方法，通过深度分析两所国有企业办学院校的实践探索，系统揭示了国企办学的多维嵌入机制与融合路径。研究发现，国企办学模式通过结构嵌入、制度嵌入、资源嵌入、文化嵌入与关系嵌入五个维度的系统性融合，实现了教育目标与经济效益的协同发展，形成了嵌入性产教融合的理论框架。这种嵌入机制呈现出从显性嵌入为主导到隐性嵌入深化，再到显隐互促的动态演化路径，最终形成深度产教融合的命运共同体。

As an important practical form of the integration of industry and education, the running of state-owned enterprises is of great strategic significance to promote the organic connection between the education chain and the industrial chain. From the perspective of embeddedness theory, this paper uses a cross-case study method to systematically reveal the multi-dimensional embedding mechanism and integration path of state-owned enterprises through an in-depth analysis of the practical exploration of two stateowned enterprises. It is found that the school-running mode of state-owned enterprises realizes the coordinated development of educational objectives and economic benefits through the systematic integration of five dimensions: structural embeddedness, institutional embeddedness, resource embeddedness, cultural embeddedness, and relationship embeddedness, and forms a theoretical framework of embedded integration of industry and education. This embedding mechanism presents a dynamic evolution path from explicit embedding to implicit embedding, and then to explicit and implicit mutual promotion, and finally forms a community of destiny with deep integration of industry and education.
