职业院校技能大赛作为我国职业教育领域的一项重大制度设计，从国赛到世校赛的演进，实现了从“赛项模式”向“赛道模式”的转变。这一转变不仅是赛事组织方式的转变，更深刻体现为职业教育在“促进就业创业、助力经济社会发展、增进人民福祉”三重战略定位中的全面升级。天津深刻把握了赛事核心价值跃升，从以大赛为引擎促进人才培养范式转型、以大赛为桥梁深化产教融合层次、以大赛为引领深化教育教学改革、以大赛为平台赋能国际交流合作四个方面推动了职业教育创新发展。随着大赛升级为一项国际性赛事，未来需要进一步彰显其国际性、前瞻性与开放性，重点应加强其在全球职业教育话语体系、国际竞赛体系中的引领作用并打造开放型全球技能共同体。

As a major system design in the field of vocational education in China, the Vocational College Skills Competition has evolved from the national competition to the world school competition, and has realized the transformation from the "event mode" to the "track mode." This change is not only the change of the organization mode of the competition, but also the comprehensive upgrading of vocational education in the triple strategic positioning of "promoting employment and entrepreneurship, helping economic and social development, and promoting people's well-being." Tianjin has profoundly grasped the leap of the core value of the competition, and promoted the innovation and development of vocational education from four aspects: promoting the transformation of talent training paradigm with the competition as the engine, deepening the integration of industry and education with the competition as the bridge, deepening the reform of education and teaching with the competition as the guide, and enabling international exchanges and cooperation with the competition as the platform. As the competition is upgraded to an international event, it is necessary to further highlight its internationality, forward-looking, and openness in the future. The focus should be on strengthening its leading role in the global vocational education discourse system and international competition system, and building an open global skills community.
