行业产教融合共同体是整体性思维和治理方法在职业教育产教融合中的综合应用和实践探索。由于治理主体分散、参与不足,治理过程零碎,体系缺失,治理理念差异、行为有别,治理信息散落、孤岛失联等表征,行业产教融合共同体的初步运行陷入了碎片化困境,影响了行业产教融合共同体产教协同、人才培养、平台孵化等作用的发挥。行业产教融合共同体的实体化运行需运用整体性治理机制,从变革治理协调机制、重构整合运作机制、重塑互惠信任机制、建立信息共享机制等方面实施。
Abstract:The industry-education integration community is a comprehensive application and practical exploration of holistic thinking and governance methods in the integration of industry and education in vocational education. Due to the scattered governance subjects, insufficient participation, fragmented governance processes, missing systems, differences in governance concepts and behaviors, as well as the scattered and isolated governance information, the initial operation of the industry-education integration community has fallen into a fragmented predicament, which has affected the exertion of the community's roles in industry-education collaboration, talent cultivation, and platform incubation. The substantive operation of the industry-education integration community requires the application of an overall governance mechanism,which should be implemented from aspects such as reforming the governance coordination mechanism, reconstructing the integrated operation mechanism, reshaping the mutual trust mechanism, and establishing an information sharing mechanism.
