高校教师参与银龄行动计划的意愿及影响因素研究

为探讨《国家银龄教师行动计划》政策落实现状,通过问卷与访谈发现:约三成被访者对银龄教师行动计划很少了解甚至完全不了解,但参与意愿强烈;影响参与的主要因素包括个人因素(教育情怀、身心素质、专业对口等)、家庭因素(家庭支持态度等)和环境因素(人文环境和政策支持等);高校教师期待在教育欠发达地区发挥个人在教学、指导和科研等方面的专长。然而,受访者反映银龄教师行动计划政策宣传不足、参与渠道有限,特别是无法赴外地支教的教师期望参与本地学习型社会建设。据此提出改进建议,包括:建立省域银龄教师服务中心,推广和落实银龄教师行动计划;发挥高校主力军作用,支持和服务银龄教师的支教支研;发挥银龄教师的多元作用,服务本土学习型社会建设;发挥银龄党员教师先锋作用,弘扬教师的奉献精神;搭建银龄教师数智平台,实现银龄教师需求与供给的精准适配。

Abstract:

Based on the National Action Plan for Silver Age Teachers released in China in 2023, a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted to investigate the willingness and influencing factors of university teachers to participate in the silver age initiative. The results of the study found that university teachers do not know much about the Silver Age Teacher Action Plan, but they have a strong willingness to participate. Personal factors influencing their participation mainly include educational sentiment, physical and mental well-being, and subject counterparts, etc.; family factors are primarily family supportive attitudes; environmental factors are largely humanistic and policy support. University teachers look forward to leveraging their personal expertise in teaching, guidance, and research in underdeveloped areas of education. However, teachers express concerns regarding the insufficient promotion of the Silver Age Teacher Action Plan policy and the lack of participation pathways. In particular, the teachers who are unable to teach in remote areas hope to contribute to the building of a local learning society. Based on this, improvement suggestions are proposed, including: establishing a provincial service center for silver age teachers, promoting and implementing the action plan for silver age teachers; Give full play to the role of the main force of universities, support and serve the teaching and research support of silver age teachers; Give full play to the diverse roles of silver age teachers and serve the construction of a local learning society; Highlighting the pioneering role of silver age party members and teachers, and promote the spirit of dedication of teachers;Build a digital intelligence platform for silver age teachers to achieve precise adaptation of their demand and supply.
