职业教育科（教）研工作是职业教育改革发展的重要智力支撑。“十五五”时期，职业教育被赋予重要战略任务与使命，同时亦面临国际竞争、科技变革和人口结构变化带来的诸多挑战。面对新机遇与新挑战，亟须深化有组织科（教）研，赋能职业教育高质量发展。基于此，系统梳理新时代职业教育的战略定位与发展成就，指出当前职业教育在立德树人、中职发展、职业本科、产教融合、国际经验借鉴和数字化转型等方面亟待破解的关键难题。在此基础上，全面剖析了职业教育科（教）研工作战线在组织形态、科研导向、研究队伍、学科发展和功能定位等方面的突破与成就；并建议下一步要把握职教科（教）功能定位、构建高效科研组织形式、聚焦关键问题选择研究内容、顺应时代发展创新研究范式，研究好、回答好职业教育改革发展的重大理论与实践问题。

Scientific(and teaching) research in vocational education provides crucial intellectual support for the field's reform and development. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, vocational education has been entrusted with significant strategic tasks and missions, while also facing numerous challenges arising from international competition, technological transformation, and demographic shifts. In the face of new opportunities and challenges, it is imperative to deepen organized scientific(and teaching) research to empower the high-quality development of vocational education. Against this backdrop, this paper systematically reviews the strategic positioning and developmental achievements of vocational education in the new era,identifies key challenges that urgently need to be addressed in areas such as fostering virtue and cultivating talent, secondary vocational development, vocational undergraduate education, integration between industry and education, international experience reference, and digital transformation. On this basis, it comprehensively analyzes the breakthroughs and accomplishments of the vocational education scientific(and teaching)research community in terms of organizational forms, research orientation, research workforce, disciplinary development, and functional positioning. It further suggests that, in the next phase, efforts should be directed toward grasping the functional positioning of vocational education scientific(and teaching) research,building efficient research organizational structures, focusing on key issues in research content selection,and innovating research paradigms in line with the development of the times, to thoroughly study and effectively address the major theoretical and practical issues in vocational education reform and development.
