深入实施长学制人才培养改革是构建现代职业教育体系,满足产业转型升级需求,全面提升职业教育人才培养质量的战略选择。职业教育长学制人才培养遵循纵向贯通、横向融通、服务发展的价值逻辑,通过长周期培养层次高移、跨类型培养互融互通和响应产业升级与学历技能提升需求,有效提升了职业教育的美誉度、吸引力与人民群众的获得感。但在实施过程中,统筹不足、产教脱钩、中高分立、机制滞后等问题,制约了制度优势效能释放和人才培养可持续发展。在教育强国建设背景下,职业教育长学制人才培养应遵循职普融通、产教融合两个导向,树立集成改革思维,优化制度设计,切实提升人才培养针对性和职业教育适应性。
Abstract:The in-depth implementation of the reform of the long-term system is a strategic choice to build a modern vocational education system, meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading, and comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education personnel training. The training of long-term system talents in vocational education follows the value logic of vertical integration, horizontal integration,and service development. Through the high-level shift of long-term training level, cross-type training and mutual integration, and responding to the needs of industrial upgrading and academic skills improvement,the reputation, attraction, and people's sense of acquisition of vocational education have been effectively improved. However, in the process of implementation, there are some problems, such as insufficient overall planning, decoupling of production and education, separation of middle and high levels, and a lagging mechanism, which restrict the release of institutional advantages and the sustainable development of personnel training. Under the background of construction of a powerful country in education, the training of long-term system talents in vocational education should follow the two orientations of integration of vocational education and general education, integration of industry and education, establish integrated reform thinking, optimize system design, and effectively improve the pertinence of talent training and the adaptability of vocational education.
