高质量的职普融通是构建现代职业教育体系的关键环节，对培养高素质复合型人才、优化教育资源配置具有重要战略意义。基于“目标谱系—深层梗阻—破解之道”的分析框架发现：高质量的职普融通需确立基于差异的全面发展、资源高效配置与教育共生发展的三维目标谱系，其深层症结在于观念壁垒、课程壁垒与体系壁垒并存的系统性梗阻，推进路径在于通过体验先行、叙事革新与服务支撑的三维赋能实现观念重塑，通过模块整合、学分互认与虚实融合的三维贯通实现课程重建，通过强化制度供给、管理创新与资源整合的三维协同实现体系重构，从而构建起多主体参与、多要素协同的职普融通生态系统，最终实现从形式融通到实质融通的质变。

High quality integration of vocational and general education is a key link in building a modern vocational education system, which has important strategic significance for cultivating high-quality composite talents and optimizing the allocation of educational resources. Based on the analysis framework of "goal genealogy-deep obstruction-breakthrough strategies", it is found that high-quality vocational and general education integration requires the establishment of a three-dimensional goal genealogy based on differences for comprehensive development, efficient resource allocation, and symbiotic development of education. The deep crux of this lies in the systemic obstruction of the coexistence of conceptual barriers, curriculum barriers, and system barriers. The promotion path lies in the three-dimensional empowerment of experience first, narrative innovation, and service support to achieve conceptual reshaping, the three-dimensional integration of module integration, credit mutual recognition, and virtual real integration to achieve curriculum reconstruction, and the three-dimensional coordination of institutional supply, management innovation,and resource integration to achieve system reconstruction, thereby constructing a vocational and general education integration ecosystem with multi-subject participation and multi-element collaboration, and ultimately achieving a qualitative change from formal integration to substantive integration.
