论企业岗位培训的价值取向

基于不同的哲学根基,企业岗位培训存在着三种基本的价值取向,即员工个体发展为本、企业生产促进为本和关键性问题解决为本,本文主要就这三种价值取向的基本主张及其优缺点进行剖析。
