摘要:

以DeepSeek为代表的生成式AI正快速突破职业教育的护城河。从教学设计权的技术性让渡到校企合作中的角色空心化,从经验主义评估的坍塌到智能评估机制的生成,这场AI引发的技术海啸颠覆了传统的教学范式,倒逼高职教师能力结构发生本质性变革。研究直面当前高职教师能力与教育需求的错位危机,提出“技能换血”的核心命题,强调从“被动适应”转向“主动进化”的生存逻辑,构建了“认知奠基、技术赋能、教学转化”的三阶能力发展模型,在理论层面突破了传统高职教师发展模式的局限。同时,提出了指令工程师训练、课堂权限动态调配、知识代谢管理等可复制、可落地的实践策略。研究既为教育主管部门制定师资建设方案提供了新的理论视角,又重构了教师在AI浪潮中的专业价值,为陷入职业替代焦虑的教师群体提供了从思维转型到操作实践的启发式路径。

Abstract:

Generative AI represented by DeepSeek is rapidly breaking through the moat of vocational education. From the technical transfer of teaching design rights to the hollowing out of roles in school enterprise cooperation, from the collapse of empirical evaluation to the generation of intelligent evaluation mechanisms, this AI induced technological tsunami has overturned traditional teaching paradigms and forced fundamental changes in the ability structure of vocational college teachers. The study addresses the crisis of mismatch between the current abilities and educational needs of vocational college teachers, proposes the core proposition of "skill replacement", emphasizes the survival logic of shifting from "passive adaptation" to "active evolution", and constructs a three-level ability development model of "cognitive foundation, technological empowerment, and teaching transformation", breaking through the limitations of traditional vocational college teacher development models at the theoretical level. At the same time, replicable and implementable practical strategies such as instruction engineer training, dynamic allocation of classroom permissions, and knowledge metabolism management were proposed. The research not only provides a new theoretical perspective for education authorities to develop teacher development plans, but also reconstructs the professional value of teachers in the AI wave, providing a heuristic path for teachers who are trapped in career replacement anxiety to transition from thinking to practical operation.
