纺织服装产业正处于高质量发展的转型期，产业升级对纺织服装技术技能人才提出了新的要求。当前，我国职业院校纺织服装类专业设置基本能够满足行业岗位需求，但专业人才供给与行业人才需求存在较大差距，专业布局与产业布局存在结构性失衡；专业培养目标与行业岗位需求基本匹配，但专业课程设置与企业需求存在差距，毕业生职业素质有待提高。建议政府部门应动态调整专业设置、加快“中高本”衔接、优化专业布局；职业院校应对接产业需求扩大人才培养规模、优化课程体系、加强产教融合；行业应积极搭建数据化平台，并强化国际交流合作，以高质量教育助推产业高质量发展。

The textile and clothing industry is undergoing a transformative shift toward high-quality development, and industrial upgrading is generating new demands for technically skilled talent in the sector. At present, the majors in textile and clothing offered by Chinese vocational colleges can largely meet the industry's job requirements; however, there remains a significant gap between the supply of specialized talent and the sector's actual needs, and a structural imbalance exists between the distribution of programs and the geographic layout of the industry. Program objectives generally align with industry job requirements, yet the curriculum lags behind enterprise needs, and graduates' professional competencies still need improvement. It is recommended that government agencies dynamically adjust subject settings, accelerate the articulation between secondary, tertiary, and undergraduate education, and optimize the geographic distribution of specialties. Vocational colleges should expand talent cultivation in line with industry needs, refine curricula, and deepen industry–education integration. The sector, for its part, should establish digital data platforms and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, thereby enabling high-quality education to promote high-quality industrial development.
