党的二十届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》为“十五五”时期职业教育发展指明了方向。从背景、方向和战略任务的维度,深入学习领会《建议》对职业教育提出的时代要求;从历史、理论与现实向度,系统剖析“十五五”时期职业教育发展的逻辑理路;从构建高质量职业教育体系、构建产教融合新范式、构建集群培养新机制、构建“双翼”赋能新态势等四个方面,提出“十五五”时期职业教育发展的实践进路。
Abstract:The "Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the 15 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development" adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, has pointed out the direction for the development of vocational education during the "15 th Five-Year Plan" period. From the dimensions of background, direction, and strategic tasks, we should deeply study and understand the era requirements for vocational education proposed in the "Recommendations"; from the perspectives of history, theory, and reality, we should systematically analyze the logical path for the development of vocational education during the "15 th Five-Year Plan" period; and from four aspects, namely, constructing a high-quality vocational education system, building a new paradigm of industry-education integration, establishing a new mechanism for cluster training, and creating a new trend of "dual-wing" empowerment, we should propose practical approaches for the development of vocational education during the "15 th Five-Year Plan" period.
