后人类劳动视角下AI职业替代的劳动边界重塑与教育启示

摘要:

人工智能(AI)的迅速发展正深刻重塑劳动体系与职业结构,推动劳动从“人类中心”向“人—机—数据”协同的后人类形态转变。以“后人类劳动”理论为分析视角,探讨AI职业替代引发的劳动主体、劳动过程与劳动价值三维边界的系统性重构:主体由单一人类向智能共生体演化,过程由经验操作走向算法治理,价值由人力产出延伸至数据与平台创造。构建“技术驱动—劳动重构—教育应对”的分析框架,提出职业教育应实现从岗位适配到能力生成、从技能传授到智能协同、从知识传递到共创学习、从制度供给到智能支撑的转型。研究揭示,AI职业替代不仅是技术革新,更是劳动本体与教育逻辑的重构,为职业教育的理论创新与制度变革提供了新的学理支撑与实践启示。

Abstract:

The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI) is profoundly reshaping the labor system and career structure, driving labor to transform from a "human-centered" model to a post-human form characterized by "human-machine-data" collaboration. From the perspective of the "post-human labor" theory, this paper explores the systematic reconfiguration of the three-dimensional boundaries of labor subjects, labor processes, and labor value triggered by AI career substitution: the subjects evolve from a single human being to an intelligent symbiotic entity, the processes shift from empirical operation to algorithmic governance, and the value extends from human output to data and platform creation. A framework of "technology-driven-labor reconfiguration-educational response" is constructed, and it is proposed that vocational education should achieve a transformation from position adaptation to ability generation, from skill teaching to intelligent collaboration, from knowledge transmission to co-creation learning, and from institutional supply to intelligent support. The research reveals that AI career substitution is not only a technological innovation but also a reconfiguration of the labor entity and educational logic, providing new theoretical support and practical inspirations for the theoretical innovation and institutional reform of vocational education.
