高职教师企业实践运行机制的质性研究

企业实践作为高职教师职后常态化参与的一项学习活动,旨在通过企业情境中真实的工作体验促进高职教师的专业发展。从教师学习微观视角出发,通过深度访谈24位高职专业教师,揭示其参与企业实践的学习行为与过程干预。研究发现,教师企业实践是一项涉及多位行动者、多层次目标和多维度互动的复杂活动系统,此过程虽能一定程度提升高职教师专业能力与身份发展,但受刚性管理过程、指导与反馈机制不足等多重制约。为此,建议完善教师企业实践的顶层设计和个体实践方案设计,健全过程性的反馈与跟踪指导机制,推动教师实践成果多样化转化。

Abstract:

Enterprise practice, as a learning activity that higher vocational college teachers regularly participate in after service, aims to promote the professional development of higher vocational college teachers through real work experience in the enterprise context. From the perspective of teacher learning, this paper reveals the learning behavior and process intervention of teachers' participation in enterprise practice on the basis of in-depth interviews with 24 higher vocational college teachers' experience in enterprise practice. The study found that teachers' enterprise practice is a complex activity system involving multiple actors, multi-level goals, and multi-dimensional interactions. While the professional abilities and identities of teachers in higher vocational college developed to some extent during this process, they were still constrained by rigid management processes and a lack of sufficient guidance and feedback mechanisms. Therefore, it is recommended to further improve the top-level design and individual practice plans for teachers' enterprise practice, enhance the feedback and follow-up guidance mechanisms throughout the process,and promote teachers to carry out diversified outcomes transformation.
