美国社区学院在残疾人职业教育中发挥着重要作用。新经济时代背景下,美国社区学院十分重视残疾学生的生涯发展;通过加强校企合作调整专业与课程设置,切实提高残疾学生的职业能力;通过提高教育质量,改善残疾学生的个人收益,提升社区学院教育吸引力;通过建立完善的支持与服务体系,保障残疾学生的生涯转衔。其经验为我国发展残疾人高等职业教育提供了启示:转变理念,推动高等职业教育阶段的融合教育;创新人才培养模式,改善残疾学生的教育成果;统筹管理,加强合作,提升高等职业教育的吸引力;构建完善的支持服务体系,为残疾学生的生涯发展提供全程支持。
