2025年世界数字教育大会“共融共生：职业教育智慧化生态构建”平行会议聚焦全球职业教育智慧化生态构建的核心议题，系统呈现了中国与国际社会在构建职业教育智慧化生态方面的探索与实践。中国依托“国家教育数字化战略行动”，以国家职业教育智慧教育平台为核心，通过“资源—基座—治理”三维协同，在数字基础设施建设、产教深度融合、教学模式与评价体系智能化、治理体系升级及国际合作等方面取得显著成效。国际层面，巴西通过政策驱动与技术整合构建数字化生态，英国侧重产教协同与标准引领培养数字化技能，印度尼西亚采取政策与技术创新双轮驱动，泰国推动管理转型并加强国际合作，澳大利亚探索AI赋能个性化学习与终身发展。各国路径虽异，但均强调政策支持、技术应用、产教协同与教师发展。未来职业教育智慧化生态构建面临技术伦理风险与数字鸿沟加剧等核心挑战，需着力提升教师数字素养、深化产教数据互通、拓展技术创新应用场景，并加强全球协作，以“共融共生”理念共同推动职业教育系统性变革，培养适应数智时代的高技能人才。

The parallel conference of "Integration and Symbiosis: Building a Smart Ecological System for Vocational Education" at the 2025 World Digital Education Conference focuses on the core issues of global vocational education smart ecological construction, and systematically presents the exploration and practice of China and the international community in building a smart ecological system for vocational education. China relies on the "National Education Digitalization Strategy Action" and takes the national vocational education smart education platform as the core. Through the three-dimensional collaboration of "resources-base-governance", significant achievements have been made in digital infrastructure construction,deep integration of industry and education, intelligent teaching modes and evaluation systems, upgrading of governance systems, and international cooperation. At the international level, Brazil is building a digital ecosystem through policy driven and technological integration; The UK focuses on industry education collaboration and standard guidance to cultivate digital skills; Indonesia adopts a dual wheel drive of policy and technological innovation; Thailand promotes management transformation and strengthens international cooperation; Australia explores AI empowering personalized learning and lifelong development. Although different countries have different paths, they all emphasize policy support, technological application, industry education collaboration, and teacher development. The construction of a smart ecological system for future vocational education faces core challenges such as technological ethical risks and the intensification of the digital divide. Efforts need to be made to enhance teachers' digital literacy, deepen the exchange of industry education data, expand the application scenarios of technological innovation, and strengthen global collaboration to jointly promote systematic changes in vocational education with the concept of "coexistence and symbiosis", and cultivate high skilled talents who can adapt to the digital era.
