市域产教联合体作为多制度逻辑共存的复杂网络，其运行中显现出连接机制弱化、资源结构滞后与制度嵌套不足的结构性张力。“结构洞”作为结构性失配的显性表现，凸显了结构连接未能转化为制度协同、资源聚集未能形成路径闭环、规则设计未能生成执行秩序的系统性问题。在此基础上，通过结构识别逻辑明确桥接位置功能，通过资源协同机制实现要素流动结构重构，通过制度适配工具推动规则整合路径形成，为市域产教联合体系统治理能力的演化提供结构响应基础与制度承接空间。
Abstract：As a complex network of multi-institutional logic coexistence, the municipal industry-education consortium shows the structural tension of weakening connection mechanism, lagging resource structure and insufficient institutional nesting in its operation. As the dominant manifestation of structural mismatch, "structural hole" highlights the systematic problems that structural connection fails to transform into institutional coordination, resource aggregation fails to form a closed loop of path, and rule design fails to generate execution order. On this basis, the function of bridging position is clarified through the logic of structural identification, the reconstruction of factor flow structure is realized through the resource coordination mechanism, and the formation of rule integration path is promoted through the institutional adaptation tool, which provides the structural response basis and institutional undertaking space for the evolution of the governance capacity of the regional industry-education consortium system.
