场域理论视域下高职现场工程师培养的跨界困境与共生路径研究

摘要:

高职现场工程师培养作为服务产业升级的关键环节,当前面临顶层制度设计不完善、缺乏实践场域、课程体系滞后、评价标准与行业规范错位等现实困境。基于布迪厄场域理论,构建教育场域、工作场域、政策场域与跨界场域的四维分析框架,揭示资本转化失衡、规则冲突、惯习调适不足及场域自主化欠缺是制约培养质量的核心症结。在此基础上提出,通过强化政策场域的枢纽功能与跨界场域的协同治理,推动各场域规则兼容与资源整合,最终形成教育、工作、政策、跨界场域良性互动、共生共荣的高职现场工程师人才培养路径,为提升培养质量与产业适配性提供理论参考与实践方向。

Abstract:

The training of on-site engineers in higher vocational colleges, as a key link in the upgrading of service industries, currently faces several practical predicaments such as incomplete top-level institutional design, lack of practical fields, lagging curriculum system, and mismatch between evaluation standards and industry norms. Based on Bourdieu's field theory, a four-dimensional analytical framework of educational field, work field, policy field, and cross-border field is constructed to reveal that the imbalance of capital transformation, rule conflicts, insufficient habit adaptation, and lack of field autonomy are the core problems restricting the quality of training. On this basis, it is proposed that by strengthening the hub function of the policy field and the collaborative governance of the cross-border field, promoting the compatibility of rules and resource integration among various fields, and ultimately forming a virtuous interaction, symbiosis, and mutual prosperity of education, work, policy, and cross-border fields in the training of on-site engineers in higher vocational colleges, it will provide theoretical references and practical directions for improving the quality of training and enhancing its adaptability with the industry.
