美育是德智体美劳全面培养育人体系的重要组成，是传承中华文明、增强文化自信的重要方式。作为高职美育工作的重要形式，音乐教育具有受众面大、普适性广的特征，能在思政教育、社会交往、艺术素养、心理素质等方面对学生产生积极影响，有效促进学生全面发展。高职美育工作存在形式单一、资源紧缺、重理论轻实践等问题，需要在队伍建设、制度建设、激励措施等方面全面发力，创新实践载体和组织方式，构建新型的师生关系、生生关系，提高学生参与面和获得感。本文以高职校园合唱团为活动载体，从内涵价值、组织管理、教学实施、实践活动等方面提出高职美育工作的实施策略，以期为高职学校创新美育工作载体提供启示借鉴。

Aesthetic education is an important component of the comprehensive cultivation system of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,and it is also a vital way to inherit Chinese civilization and enhance cultural self-confidence.As an essential form of aesthetic education in higher vocational college,music education possesses a wide range of target audience and universality,which can have a positive impact on students in ideological and political education,social communication,artistic literacy,psychological quality and so on,and it effectively promote students'comprehensive development.However,aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges exits some problems such as single form,shortage of resources,emphasis on theory over practice,etc.Therefore,it needs to make full efforts in the construction of teacher's team,institution,incentive measures and so on,innovate the practice carrier and organization mode,build a new type of teacher-student relationship,student-student relationship,and improve students'participation and sense of gain.Taking the campus choir as the carrier of activities,this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of aesthetic education in higher vocational education from the connotation value,organization management,teaching implementation and practice,so as to provide inspiration for higher vocational colleges to innovate the carrier of aesthetic education.
