数字经济促进了新就业形态与新兴产业的兴起，推动了新就业岗位与新产业链条的生成，为高校青年学生职业选择带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。课题组在全国12所高校问卷调查的基础上，以被试人员所处学习阶段、性别、政治面貌、就读高校类别、所学学科（专业）、具备相关从业经验等作为择业认知状态的考察维度，深入分析数字经济视域下青年学生对新就业形态的接受度；同时，以当下新就业形态的隐患问题作为择业价值取向的考察维度，以新就业形态的来源途径作为择业实现途径的考察维度，旨在探寻影响青年学生选择新就业形态潜在影响因素。基于上述影响因素分析结果，建议高校从提升青年学生对新就业形态价值理念的认知、加快就业指导服务支持体系供给侧改革、加强青年学生数字技能的实践与应用等三个方面，进一步引导青年学生正确看待数字经济带来的新就业形态，提升数字技能，实现高质量充分就业。

The digital economy improves the rise of new forms of employment and emerging industries, promotes the generation of new job positions and new industrial chains, and brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges for young students' career choices. Based on a questionnaire survey of 12 universities across the country, this article in terms of the examination dimensions of cognitive status of young students' career choices from their learning stage, gender, political affiliation, type of employment university,courses taken(major), and relevant work experience, deeply analyzes the acceptability of new employment forms for the young students from the digital economy perspective; At the same time, setting the hidden dangers of new employment forms as the dimension for examining the value orientation of career choices, and setting the sources and channels of new employment forms as the dimension for examining the implementation of career choices, aims to identify potential influencing factors for young students to choose new employment forms. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors mentioned above, the research team suggests that universities should further guide young students to correctly view the new employment forms brought by the digital economy, improve their digital skills, and achieve high-quality and full employment from three aspects: enhancing their cognition of the value concept of new employment forms, accelerating the supply side reform of employment guidance service support system, and strengthening the practice and application of digital skills for young students.
