由于人口特征变化、经济环境变化,德国政府对创业教育日益重视。在此背景下,德国政、商、校促成创业教育的融合发展,高等院校抱团取暖、协同开展创新研究、孵化创业项目,"创业文化"渗透高校及社区,多方联合培养企业家精神,其思路举措为我国高职院校创业教育提供了借鉴。
